Are dogs allowed in the shop? 
Yes! As long as they are well behaved, clean (not just coming from a muddy walk), and on a lead.  
 
Can we get our tree delivered? 
This year, due to staff shortages, we are only delivering trees that are 8ft and above. Delivery prices on application. We can offer tree bags that contain the tree completely to prevent needles in your car. 
 
When is the last day that the shop is open? 
We are open now every day (please see our opening times on our home page) until Christmas Eve, when we will close for the season at 3pm.  
 
Do you take payment by card? 
Yes we do, including American Express and Apple Pay. 
 
Do you have to pay to see the reindeer? 
No, they are free to see and there is no need to make an appointment to do so. They are located just past the double doors on the left when you arrive. Unfortunately, you can't feed them this year. 
 
What are the precautions against Covid-19 this year? 
Please wear a mask in the decorations shop unless you are exempt. Please note that the shop can get crowded at the weekend so if you are nervous, please try to come in the week when it will be much quieter.  
The tree barn is open and well ventilated so a mask is not required in there, but you're welcome to wear one if you would prefer. 
 
Is there hot food and drinks? 
Unfortunately, due to staff shortages this year, we are not providing hot food and drinks, but we are hoping to do so in 2022.
